Role Description
We are seeking a Full-Time and/or Part-Time, on-site on-site Physiotherapist role. The Physiotherapist will assess clients' physical function, movement patterns, and medical history to develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing evidence-based manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education on injury prevention, posture, and self-management. The role involves documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate treatment records, and coordinating care with other wellness practitioners as appropriate. The Physiotherapist will also participate in periodic team meetings, contribute to a positive clinic culture, and support clinic initiatives to enhance client experience and service quality.

Position Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible, reliable, and committed to a strong work ethic
  • Provide professional, compassionate, and client-focused care
  • Actively listen to and respond to client needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide appropriate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely SOAP notes and clinical documentation
  • Hold the appropriate Alberta registration/licensing required to practice physiotherapy
  • Be in good standing with theCollege of Physiotherapists of Alberta
  • Hold valid professional liability insurance
  • Experience with additional treatment modalities and/or specialized techniques - an asset
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary clinic - an asset
  • Availability to work evenings and/or weekends - an asset
