Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Health and Wellness Director to lead our organization’s health and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive health and wellness programs that promote a culture of well-being among employees and align with the organization’s goals. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a passion for health, and the ability to foster a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative health and wellness programs that meet the diverse needs of our workforce, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

- Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for health and wellness initiatives that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Operations, Leadership, and the residents to integrate wellness initiatives into company policies and practices.

Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various health and wellness topics for employees at all levels.
