Great new Career Opportunity in Hospice! Now Hiring - Assistant Clinical Director

TheAssistant Clinical Directorwill be responsible for, but not limited to:

  1. Performs tasks as assigned by the designated leader
  2. Staff development
  3. Provides supervisor back-up for nursing departments when leadership is unavailable
  4. management of key services in accordance with policies, procedures and current federal, state and local standards,
  5. Works in cooperation with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director to ensure the care provided meets current standards of nursing/clinical practice
  6. Ensure that adequate support is provided to Regional Managers
  7. Ensures that all reporting (including QAPI) are turned in as required by policy and procedure,
  8. Position exercises considerable judgment in applying professional knowledge in solving professional, administrative and supervisory problems within assigned areas,
  9. Support intake department
  10. Assist with monthly clinical invoices and other managerial duties.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Professional Experience:
