Nurse for IV Wellness Clinic (RN) PRN or Part-Time

Location: Redwood City, CA

About the Role

We are hiring a registered Nurse (PRN or Part-Time) to deliver high-quality IV therapy services while supporting daily clinic operations and client experience. We are a nutrient therapy clinic with full Functional Health Capabilities. We are NOT a drip bar.

This role is responsible for executing IV treatments, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring every client receives safe, efficient, and professional care.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a clear path to leadership. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Clinic Director position.
We are a full functional health clinic.

What Youโ€™ll Do Clinical Care & Execution
  • Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and efficiently
  • Monitor clients during treatment to ensure comfort and safety
  • Document treatments, client responses, and clinical notes accurately
  • Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Client Experience
  • Create a welcoming, professional spa-like environment for all clients
  • Educate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefits
  • Communicate clearly and build trust with clients throughout their visit
  • Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Clinic Operations
  • Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
  • Track, manage, and restock inventory as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
  • Support scheduling and overall clinic efficiency
Team Support & Execution
  • Work closely with Clinic Director and Assistant Director
  • Support team goals and daily operational priorities
  • Assist with training and onboarding as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
Growth & Leadership Development
  • Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and strong work ethic
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and development
  • Take ownership of responsibilities beyond basic role expectations
  • Become eligible for promotion to Assistant Clinic Director after 90-day performance review
Qualifications
  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License

Certifications

  • IV Therapy Certification
  • CPR/BLS certification

Experience

  • 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred

Reality Check

You are responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality experience every time.

If you are not confident in your IV skills or do not enjoy fast-paced, hands-on clinical work, this role will not be a fit.
