  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge planning following regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring high standards of care and effective treatment delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a supportive treatment environment.
  • Conduct educational sessions for patients and families regarding rehabilitation strategies and health promotion.

Understanding the nuances involved in treating a wide array of ages and conditions is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada, with an active CPR Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Proficiency in utilizing physical therapy equipment and conducting functional assessments to determine patient needs effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to forge positive relationships with patients and colleagues, reflecting excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in home health settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing rehabilitation protocols for complex cases, ensuring safe and comprehensive recovery plans.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role includes a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Employees are offered health, dental, and vision insurance plans, along with generous paid time off and holidays. Additionally, our organization provides a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, and opportunities for continuing education reimbursement to foster your professional growth.
