Wellness Assistants are professionals who support individuals in maintaining or improving their overall well-being, often in healthcare, senior living, or fitness settings. Their duties typically include assisting with activities of daily living, organizing wellness programs, monitoring residents' health, and providing companionship. They work under the supervision of healthcare providers or program coordinators to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Wellness Assistants play a vital role in promoting physical, emotional, and social wellness among the people they serve.
