TIG Welder
Pay: $35.00/hr (DOE)
Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm M-F (Overtime as needed)
Location: 75 Linville Way, Franklin, IN 46131
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a TIG Welder for our aerospace client to start 06/01/2026 at $35.00/hr (DOE). Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • TIG weld or torch braze thin-wall tubes, ducts, manifolds, and tubular products
  • Fabricate parts using engineering/process routing instructions and assembly guidance
  • Work with tight-tolerance components using precision measuring tools
  • Set up work in jigs/fixtures and cold work tubes/ducts/manifolds to check requirements
  • Clean, pressure test, bead blast, polish, and blend product as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license; able to read/write/speak English
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; pass FAA drug screening and background check
  • Experience welding thin-wall stainless steel or nickel alloys
  • Ability to meet aerospace welding standards and/or thin metal fabrication requirements

Skills
  • Blueprint interpretation and working from engineering/process routing instructions
  • Precision measuring tool use for quality and fit
  • Orbital welding equipment operation (required experience level per role)
  • Hazardous materials labeling, storage, and disposal
  • NADCAP requirements and AWS D17.1 experience (or willingness to meet requirements)
