Weimer Bearing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team at our growing headquarters in Germantown, Wisconsin. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, takes pride in quality work, and values a safe, organized workplace.


About Weimer Bearing:

Our growing company produces and distributes high tech electro/mechanical systems to major manufacturing and maintenance companies in a variety of industries. Weimer Bearing & Transmission is a privately held, progressive, stable and successful company. 


Responsibilities

  • Shipping and receiving of products and materials 
  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders 
  • Light mechanical assembly
  • Processing customer returns
  • Inventory counting, stocking, and cycle counts 
  • Local deliveries to customers as needed 
  • Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness 
  • Assisting with special warehouse projects and other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years warehouse experience
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record 
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused 
  • Basic mechanical aptitude preferred 
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely throughout the workday
