Bilingual Production Supervisor | $30.00/hr | Hazelwood, MO | 2nd Shift
JOB SUMMARY
A growing manufacturing company in Hazelwood is looking for a bilingual Production Supervisor to lead their 2nd shift team. You'll oversee daily production flow, coach a hands-on crew, and keep the line running safely and on schedule. Immediate need, weekly pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise and direct production associates on 2nd shift to hit daily output goals
  • Communicate instructions, safety guidelines, and expectations clearly in both English and Spanish
  • Monitor production flow and troubleshoot issues as they come up
  • Train new team members on procedures and safety standards
  • Track attendance, performance, and productivity using basic computer systems
  • Enforce safety and quality standards on the floor
  • Report shift results and issues to plant management
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • At least 6 months of experience in a supervisory warehouse or production role
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, email, production tracking systems)
  • Ability to stand and walk a full shift in a warehouse/production environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation
