Prime 55 Restaurant Downtown is looking for one Server to join our team. We are located at 1019 Pine Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. A restaurant server, often referred to as a waiter or waitress, plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of a restaurant.

Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Server, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional dining experiences to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your friendly and attentive service contributes to the overall satisfaction of restaurant patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Assist guests with menu choices, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the food and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

Order Management:

  • Relay orders to the kitchen staff and bar, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and delivery of food and drinks.
  • Verify that orders are prepared correctly and visually appealing before serving them to guests.
  • Handle special requests or dietary restrictions from customers.

Table Maintenance:
