Job responsibilities

  • Key coupon scanlines and payment amounts when required, following scanline validation prompts and standards.
  • Follow standard rules for common exceptions such as missing or illegible information, crossed-out items, and "all zeros" entries, keeping required fields accurate and complete.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer and transaction information at all times.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to confirm and/or correct data presented for capture to align with information on the source document.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain an efficient rate of productivity alongside a high rate of accuracy.
  • Proficient alphanumeric data entry skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak processing volumes.
  • Ability to follow outlined processes and procedures accurately and consistently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a diverse group of colleagues.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience in remittance processing or banking operations is preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4pm
