This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining production, inventory, and operational data in the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft D365. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with production, inventory, and administrative teams. SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday - Friday: 10:00AM-6:30PM RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately enter and update production orders, inventory transactions, and material movements into the ERP systemProcess bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and work order dataVerify production data against source documents (shop floor paperwork, inventory logs, shipping/receiving records)Assist with maintaining item master data, part numbers, and product specificationsSupport cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliationsMonitor data integrity and report discrepancies to supervisorsGenerate routine production and inventory reports as neededCollaborate with production supervisors, warehouse staff, purchasing, and accounting to ensure data accuracyMaintain organized digital and physical records in compliance with company policiesAdhere to company safety standards and production protocolsOther duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required1-3 years of data entry experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365, or similar) preferred Skills & Competencies High level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong data entry speed with minimal errorsBasic understanding of production processes and inventory managementProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication and teamwork skillsProblem-solving mindset and willingness to escalate discrepancies To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily.
