Quality Technician
Join Our Team and Make an Impact on Quality Excellence!
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about quality? We're looking for a Quality Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you'll support quality audits, maintain records and documentation, assist with continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with Quality Engineers and production teams to ensure products meet customer requirements.
What You'll Do
  • Perform quality and production process audits
  • Track, analyze, and report quality data and trends
  • Support quality training and continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain work instructions, records, and documentation
  • Manage MRB updates, customer concessions, and traceability requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and product quality
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of general quality practices and basic computer operations
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to pursuing ASQ Quality Technician certification
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally
