Responsibilities of the role:

  • Travel in company vehicle to local customers to perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of existing equipment and installation of new industrial laundry equipment to ensure top product performance
  • Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts
  • Taking pride in your work by keeping equipment clean—a quick, yet impactful, part of our Best-in-Class service.
  • Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job
  • Quick responses, timely solutions, and excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining a stock of parts in your company vehicle so you’re always prepared to provide a quick solution, and caring for your vehicle as if it were your own.
  • Communicate effectively with service manager, parts department, and customers to facilitate accurate work product

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in industrial/manufacturing equipment repair or technical/trade school
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong electrical/mechanical ability
  • Use Multimeter
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Professional demeanor
  • Able to lift 50 – 100 Lbs.
