Job Description

Our Club staff members are educators, coaches, mentors, community leaders, and ambassadors. They don't just open the doors of our Clubs - they open the door to new worlds and possibilities for kids and communities across Metro Denver.

The Club is seeking a creative and highly motivated candidate passionate about creating positive and supportive relationships with youth to serve in the role of Youth Development Specialist. The Youth Development Specialist plans, supervises, and implements a variety of high-yield activities and targeted programs revolving around these core areas: Athletics and STEM.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• One year experience directly serving youth

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic classroom management and the ability to direct youth and provide them with clear steps and tools that support goals achievement.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities
• Strong English proficiency is required for this position to ensure effective communications with staff, Club members, and families, as well as to follow safety and procedural guidelines accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills
• A valid driver's license and ability to be insured under the company's insurance policy (at least 21 years of age and valid driver license for at least 3 years with no major violations)
• Experience in cultural arts or STEM
• Bilingual - Spanish
