****Average hourly rate is $14.55 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****
***Two shifts are available: Monday - Thursday 4p to 2a and Monday - Thursday 12a - 10a. Both shifts will require a rotating on-call weekend once every four weeks. ****
We are looking for Crisis Support Worker to add to our team! A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred. We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Crisis Support Worker
As a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist with children after hours. These situations may include, transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. This is a full-time position. Support Workers may be asked to be with a child in a hospital or any of our numerous offices in the area. We do provide a company car, cell phone and compute. This position requires a rotation of weekend on call hours once every four weeks.

We want someone who has a desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills and a strong desire to advocate for children!
