The University of New Hampshire Football Program is seeking a dedicated Video Coordinator to manage all video production, editing, and technology operations for a CAA/FCS football program. This individual will be responsible for filming practices and games, producing coaching and recruiting film, managing video equipment and software platforms, and supporting the program's competitive and recruiting needs through high-quality video content. This is a foundational role for a first-year coaching staff building program culture around competition.

Job Duties:

Team Film Coordination (75%)

  • Responsible for filming all practices, scrimmages, and home/away games using professional-grade camera systems. Manages all angles (end zone, press box, sideline) to ensure complete coverage for coaching staff review.

Cutups and Highlight Films (15%)

  • Creates position-specific cutups, highlight reels, and opponent tendency reports to support weekly game preparation. Edits footage to meet the specific needs of each positional coach and coordinator.

Staff and Student Support (10%)

  • Trains and supervises student video assistants or graduate assistants. Ensures proper coverage during practices and games when coordinating a video crew.

Requirements
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of football concepts, schemes, and terminology

  • Proficiency with video editing/analysis software (Hudl, DvSport, Adobe Premiere, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work extended and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Required Licenses & Certifications:

  • Drivers License


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge

  • Football rules, terminology, formations, and scheme concepts across offense, defense, and special teams

  • NCAA and CAA compliance regulations related to video exchange, recruiting content, and practice/game footage

  • Video editing and film exchange platforms (Hudl, DVSport, or comparable systems) and standard video/broadcast equipment Best practices in digital storage, file organization, and video library management

Skills

  • Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) and camera/production equipment operation

  • Strong organizational and file management skills to maintain searchable, well-labeled film libraries

  • Effective written and verbal communication with coaches, staff, and student workers

  • Time management skills to deliver same-day/next-day turnaround on practice and game film under deadline pressure

  • Basic troubleshooting and technical skills for camera, streaming, and editing equipment

Abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple simultaneous deadlines

  • Ability to train, direct, and supervise student or graduate assistant video staff

  • Ability to maintain composure and produce quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven game-day environment

  • Ability to work extended, irregular, and weekend hours throughout the football calendar

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with sensitive scouting and recruiting material

Other Requirements:

  • Good working with staff members and division 1 student athletes.

  • Previous experience working with a college football team, or playing college football.

Compensation Pay Range:

$12.50 /hour
