Spanning over 56,000 square feet, Thrillz combines high-energy attractions including slides, trampolines, laser tag, arcade experiences, rides, and immersive entertainment — all paired with elevated food & beverage service designed to enhance every guest visit.

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Kitchen Supervisor / Kitchen Manager to help lead daily kitchen operations, support team development, and deliver a fast, high-quality dining experience inside one of Atlanta’s most exciting entertainment venues.

The Kitchen Supervisor / Kitchen Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen and supporting the overall food & beverage program at Thrillz Atlanta. This position is responsible for maintaining food quality, managing kitchen workflow, supervising staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring all health and safety standards are consistently met.

• Lead and supervise kitchen team members during daily operations
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards
• Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during peak service periods
• Delegate prep tasks and manage kitchen workflow efficiently
• Support scheduling, coaching, and development of kitchen staff
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
• Ensure compliance with all health department, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Train staff on safe food handling, equipment operation, and cleaning procedures
• Monitor food freshness, product rotation, labeling, and storage procedures

• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining proper par levels
• Help control food costs and reduce waste through efficient preparation and portion control
• Support profitability initiatives and operational improvements
• Monitor menu item performance and inventory usage alongside management

• Assist with menu development, seasonal items, and catering offerings
• Support the overall guest experience by ensuring food service is fast, accurate, and high quality
• Work collaboratively with park management to improve food & beverage operations

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen, cooking, or food service experience required
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or kitchen management experience preferred
• Hospitality, culinary, or restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required
