Job description

About us Snail Games USA is a global game developer and publisher delivering immersive experiences worldwide. Noiz.gg is our influencermarketing platform connecting gaming brands with 50,000+ creators. We run highimpact influencer campaigns for both external clients and our own titles.

The roleWe're looking for an Influencer Campaign Manager to join our in-house team at Snail Games USA. You'll support the Lead Influencer Marketing Manager in driving creator outreach and managing campaigns across all our operating brands-including Noiz.gg. This is a hands-on position with a clear path to leadership in influencer collaborations.

If you live and breathe gaming-constantly watching YouTube creators, following Twitch streams, staying ahead of genre trends, and knowing who's hot and why-you'll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage influencer campaigns via the Noiz platform: craft outreach emails, vet creators for fit, monitor live content for compliance and brand safety.

  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders: prepare reports, share updates, participate in calls, gather feedback.

  • Conduct largescale creator outreach (200+ creators): manage responses, followup, pricing negotiations, contract stages.

  • Build and maintain creator databases segmented by platform (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick), genre, audience demographics, engagement metrics.

  • Lead all Social media objectives, including expansion of  social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, X and other platforms. Posting engaging content to calendars, promoting Noiz campaigns and continuous monthly spotlight initiatives.

  • Research emerging games, platforms and creator trends; contribute creative ideas for increasing engagement and virality.

  • Adapt to shifting priorities and help shape processes-not just follow them.

  • Play Snail Games USA's titles during development cycles to determine player audience profile, selection, and influencer strategy

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business or related.

  • 3-6 years in digital or influencer marketing, community management, or outreach operations.

  • Strong experience managing highvolume outreach and organizing detailed tracking systems.

  • True gamer mindset: you're familiar with streaming platforms, follow gameinfluencer culture, track trends across game genres.

  • Exceptional organizational skills in order to work with influencers, creators and talent management on multiple influencer campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you know how to personalise outreach at scale.

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking).

  • Proactive, problemsolver mindset; you thrive in fastpaced environments and follow through despite rejection/nonresponses.

  • Strong experience on Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok influencer/community ecosystems

  • Servicing clients and campaigns during non work hours and occasional weekends.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of performance metrics (CPM, engagement rate, ROI) and gameaudience behaviours.

  • Personal experience with content creation or streaming.

  • Familiarity with Discord is a plus; experience moderating servers, responding to community inquiries, and posting announcements

What You'll Learn & Grow Into:

  • Senior Campaign Leadership - Develop the skills and experience to take full ownership of influencer and creator campaigns, leading initiatives from strategic planning and partner selection through execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Industry Thought Leadership - Build deep expertise in gaming marketing, game launches, and influencer partnerships, becoming a trusted voice in campaign strategy, creator engagement, and emerging industry trends.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary $70K$80K (depending on experience and location).

Direct mentorship from executivelevel leadership. Unique opportunity to work at the intersection of gaming, influencer marketing and innovative technologies.
