Veterinary Receptionist – Experienced, Client‐Focused, Fast‐Paced Hospital

Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, confident Veterinary Receptionist to join our high‐performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, communicates clearly under pressure, and understands the importance of creating a positive experience for every client and patient. You’ll be the face of our hospital—supporting pet owners, coordinating care with our medical team, and keeping front‐desk operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and provide exceptional service from check‐in to check‐out
  • Manage a busy appointment schedule with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain smooth lobby flow and assist clients and pets during high‐traffic times
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technicians using proper medical terminology
  • Accurately obtain, update, and organize medical records and client information
  • Support a collaborative, team‐oriented work environment

Schedule

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced medical environment
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology and medical records
  • Strong computer skills on a variety of platforms is required
