What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional service from check‐in to check‐out
- Manage a busy appointment schedule with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain smooth lobby flow and assist clients and pets during high‐traffic times
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technicians using proper medical terminology
- Accurately obtain, update, and organize medical records and client information
- Support a collaborative, team‐oriented work environment

Schedule
- 8‐hour and 10‐hour shifts
- Day shift
- Monday–Friday
- Rotating weekends
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of veterinary experience (Required)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Professional, calm, and client‐focused demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced medical environment
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and medical records
- Strong computer skills on a variety of platforms is required
