Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee opening/closing procedures, center cleanliness, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Sales & Growth: Drive center performance-meet sales goals, optimize budgets, and implement promotions and events that resonate locally.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and hold your team accountable. Champion continuous learning and celebrate wins-big and small.
  • Guest Experience: Lead by example in delivering flawless wax services, personalized recommendations, and retail expertise.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly address challenges-staffing gaps, supply issues, or guest concerns-with creativity and a positive attitude.
