Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 139 Illini Blvd location in Sherman, United States. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with every interaction.
  • Greet customers warmly and take food orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
