Bilingual Front Office Staff

Keystone Pediatrics - Waynesboro Office

Monday - Friday | Full Time (40 hours/week) | No weekends or holidays

(8:00am-5:00pm) (once fully trained will rotate opening (7:30 am - 4:30 pm) amongst all front staff)

Keystone Pediatrics in Waynesboro provides general and specialized medical care for children and young adults. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Front Office Staff to join our growing practice!

Candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance, updating demographics, collecting payments, and checking patients in and out. Must be willing to accept challenges in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Previous medical office setting experience, exceptional customer service skills including telephone etiquette, multi-tasking, tech savvy, and computer literate with typing skills is preferred.

Bilingual Skills: Excellent ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written form in the English and Spanish language is required.
