Pantops VET Hospital is seeking a FT receptionist. The receptionist is responsible for client communications, scheduling appointments and answering phones. The ideal candidate has a background in client services with handling of multi-phone line and is fluent in English.ย You must have a High School diploma or equivalent, have reliable childcare and reliable transportation. We will train on our client management and billing software. Applicants with typing skills, knowledge of computers and experience handling credit cards and cash transactions are encouraged to apply. Our receptionist handle trouble shooting with printers and computers w/ guidance from our network support company and posts updates to our social media and website. We are looking for a team player with good communication skills with the ability to multi task. No evenings, nights or weekends but you must be available to work M-F 8am-6pm 38-40hrs/wk. With the ability to train the position can grow into administrative assistant with appropriate wage increases.
