Role:

As the Keyholder at Miss Lucille's Marketplace, you play a pivotal role in fostering a positive guest and vendor experience while upholding the brandโ€™s values. With a passion for the diverse products we offer, you will ensure outstanding customer service, manage daily retail operations, and oversee clerk responsibilities. You will be responsible for opening/closing procedures, vendor communication, accurate transactions, and guiding team members through daily operations. This position requires physical resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests, and prioritizing their needs

  • Address customer and vendor concerns with professionalism and confidentiality

  • Open and close the store according to company standards, including cash handling and reporting

  • Supervise clerk team, delegate daily tasks, and ensure operational efficiency

  • Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and POS use

  • Maintain accurate POS transactions and daily financial closeouts

  • Manage vendor relationships, including sale entries, booth signage, and GoAntiquing system updates
