Job description

Project Manager
 
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of property restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. Working closely with property owners, insurance partners, adjusters, and trades, this role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong restoration industry experience, excellent project management skills, and a customer-focused approach.
 
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Manage restoration projects from initial scope through final completion
  • Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and project budgets
  • Coordinate contractors, trades, and other project stakeholders
  • Ensure project timelines, milestones, and quality standards are achieved
  • Monitor project costs and maintain target margins
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, adjusters, and insurance partners
  • Resolve project issues and customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Generate new business opportunities through industry relationships
  • Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service levels
Your strengths include:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Restoration Project Manager
  • Experience managing large-loss restoration projects
  • Strong knowledge of restoration estimating, budgeting, and project management practices
  • Proficiency with industry software such as Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
