We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Project Manager to develop new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing client relationships in and around the Nashville market. A passion for prospecting, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer service is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

All employees: Must represent Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. to customers, vendors, industry professionals, and other RRCI employees in a professional manner at all times.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Maintain a hunter mentality with a strong drive to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build, manage, and continuously grow an active sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Establish, nurture, and expand direct customer relationships with owners, asset managers, property managers, facility managers, building engineers, and roof consultants.
  • Generate business through networking and active involvement in local associations, chambers of commerce, trade organizations, and business forums.
  • Take ownership of CRM management, ensuring accurate and timely updates of all opportunities, activities, and client data.
  • Personally deliver and present project proposals while serving as the client’s trusted commercial roofing expert.
  • Accurately assess project needs and prepare scopes of work and recommendations for customers.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing solutions, and project-specific requirements.
  • Support and promote a customer-focused culture centered on responsiveness, service, and professionalism.
  • Represent and strengthen the Rackley Roofing brand in the marketplace.
  • Maintain availability during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.


Measurement of Performance
  • Total project sales revenue (roofing and sheet metal)
  • Total work order sales revenue (roofing and waterproofing)
  • Number of created project opportunities entered into the CRM/Dataforma database
  • Growth and retention of customer relationships
  • Accuracy and consistency of pipeline management
