GoldLeaf Homecare Network is hiring compassionate Caregivers and Personal Assistants.

You'll work one-on-one with a senior or an individual with neurodiverse conditions and specialized care needs who lives independently in the comfort of their own home. Responsibilities

Personalized Support

  • Deliver dedicated 1:1 support for the elderly or adults with developmental disabilities, with a focus on exercise, companionship or social interaction

Daily Living Assistance

  • Personal Care Assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting;

  • Mobility Assistance including ambulation, wheelchair, and transfers.

  • Meal preparation including special diets, supervising and assisting the client with eating and drinking

  • Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry/linen changes and dishes (restricted to only 15min per hour max);

  • Driving and/or escorting clients to shopping, errands, socialization activities, and/or doctor’s appointments;

  • Medication reminders

  • Companionship and socialization.

Progress Tracking and Documentation

  • Track and document participant goals, progress, and milestones, maintaining accurate, timely, and complete records.

Transportation

  • Report daily on progress; transport participants safely to doctors appointments or errands if needed.

Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • English communication skills

  • Applicable work or volunteer experience

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly

  • CNA, LVN, MA, or prior caregiving/personal assistant experience preferred

  • Experience with dementia or neurodiverse care is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist with transfers

  • Compassionate, dependable, and observant
