What You'll Do:
You'll be the driving force behind successful residential real estate transactions, guiding buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders from contract to closing day with confidence and expertise.

Your Day May Include:
  • Preparing and conducting residential purchase and refinance closings.
  • Reviewing and interpreting mortgage loan documents.
  • Preparing and balancing settlement statements with precision.
  • Coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, HOAs, and clients.
  • Managing timelines, paperwork, and communication to keep transactions on track.
  • Funding transactions accurately and efficiently.
