Job description

WTG is seeking an experienced Senior Title Insurance Processor for a temporary, full-time position to provide coverage for an extended employee leave. The ideal candidate will be able to step into an active title pipeline and work independently with minimal training.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced title professional to join a growing New Jersey title agency and utilize their knowledge and expertise in managing residential and commercial title transactions.


The successful candidate will work closely with team to manage files from opening through closing and policy issuance, ensure requirements are addressed timely, and provide responsive communication to attorneys, real estate professionals, lenders, clients, and other transaction parties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and process residential and commercial title files from opening through closing
  • Review title searches, commitments, and supporting documentation
  • Review and address title requirements and outstanding items
  • Coordinate with attorneys, real estate agents, lenders, clients, and other transaction participants
  • Obtain and review payoff statements and related documentation
  • Assist with clearing title issues and resolving outstanding requirements
  • Monitor transaction timelines and closing deadlines
  • Communicate proactively regarding the status of files and outstanding requirements
  • Prepare files for closing
  • Coordinate with the closing team and assist with closing-related requirements
  • Maintain accurate and organized transaction records
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure files are managed efficiently, deadlines are met, and transactions progress smoothly from opening through closing.


Qualifications

  • Must have New Jersey Title Insurance License
  • Senior-level title processing experience
  • Strong understanding of the title insurance and real estate closing process
  • Ability to independently manage multiple files and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and responsive communication with attorneys, agents, lenders, and clients
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team
  • Experience with Qualia or other title production software is a plus
