You will be responsible for efficiently managing a high volume of walk-in appointments, verifying candidate identification, and closely monitoring exam sessions to maintain integrity and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide guidance to candidates regarding exam procedures, policies, and technical requirements.

  2. Appointment Management:

    • Efficiently handle a high volume of walk-in appointments, approximately 80 per day, while maintaining organization and adherence to scheduling protocols.
