What will you be doing?

As a Teacher Assistant, you will work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children in our care, according to NAEYC guidelines. Responsibilities include:

โ€ข Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks โ€“ 12 years.
โ€ข Assisting teachers with instruction in the classroom.
โ€ข Decorating inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
โ€ข Maintaining a warm and safe environment that is clean and permits children to grow and explore.
โ€ข Interacting with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
โ€ข Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
