Job Summary:
The Senior BI Report Developer will design, develop, and deliver advanced dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. This role is part of an upcoming project with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), supporting FPAC business intelligence needs by leveraging modern tools and technologies such as Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL-based platforms, ensuring high-quality, performance-driven reporting aligned with federal data standards, governance policies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven insights and reporting solutions
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models
  • Create interactive visualizations and performance-optimized reports
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into BI platforms
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements
  • Optimize report performance and usability for end users
  • Support data warehouse and ETL processes for reporting needs
