OSMC is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system within a patient-centered, service-driven environment. Our team works collaboratively to ensure every patient receives exceptional care and support throughout their treatment journey. This role does offer a incentive payable within your first payroll.

OSMC is hiring for a full time staff member in at our Granger ASC in the Surgical Technology Department. We are looking for you! You must have previous OR surgical instrumentation experience to apply.

The responsibilities include managing instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Must understand the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Must have the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and remain constantly vigil for maintenance of the sterile field. This position prefers a graduate of Surgical Technologist program, preferably CST experience with one to three years prior surgical assisting experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgery setting. A GED/High School Diploma is required.
