Phoenix Rising, located in Caldwell, ID, is seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to join our team as PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This is your chance to provide meaningful support to adults with developmental disabilities while helping them live independently and safely.

What You'll Do

As a PRN Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of our participants. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing compassionate, respectful support and companionship. - Assisting with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, grooming, and household tasks. - Supporting participants during community activities and appointments. - Offering transportation when needed. - Administering medications as per training and participant plans. - Following individual service plans and safety procedures. - Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. - Completing required daily documentation. - Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in participants’ conditions. - Encouraging independence, dignity, and personal growth. - Collaborating with house leads and other Phoenix Rising staff.

Flexible PRN Schedule

This is a PRN (as-needed) position, perfect for those seeking flexible hours. You may be called upon to help cover: - Open shifts - Staff call-outs - Vacations and time off - Weekends and holidays - Other staffing needs

Requirements
