Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Production Support Specialist based in Pennington, NJ. The role involves ensuring the stability and efficiency of systems by collaborating with various teams, analyzing and troubleshooting issues, and managing incidents to ensure timely resolutions.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with infrastructure partners and development teams to resolve production issues promptly.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Triage incidents and follow problem management protocols through to resolution, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and prevent recurrence.
• Work effectively in a shift-based environment, including rotation weekend support as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in production support or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with incident and problem management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide weekend support on a rotational basis.
