  • Care for newborns as part of a small, community-focused OB team
  • Perform Labor & Delivery nursing skills such as obstetrical triage, sterile vaginal exams, and C-section circulation support
  • Monitor fetal status and assist with wireless fetal monitoring
  • Support management of postpartum hemorrhage using specialized equipment and team protocols
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
  • Assist with unit needs such as answering phones, IV starts, and bedside support when patient volume is low
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow unit workflows and best practices
