Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hr (Based on Experience)

Promotive is hiring a B Level Automotive Technician for a growing shop in Myrtle Beach, SC.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Inspect, repair, and prepare dealership inventory for sale
  • Perform maintenance services including oil changes, fluid services, filters, and tune-ups
  • Complete brake, suspension, steering, and general mechanical repairs
  • Mount, balance, repair, and replace tires
  • Diagnose common vehicle issues using Autel, Snap-On, and other diagnostic equipment
  • Document inspections, repairs, and recommendations using digital shop software
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work closely with advisors and teammates to ensure every vehicle is retail-ready

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
  • Strong tire service experience including mounting and balancing
  • Solid mechanical skills with brakes, suspension, and maintenance repairs
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Diagnostic experience preferred
  • ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
