Electrical Foreman/Journeyman/Lead – Lead High-Impact Electrical Projects with LEFT COAST ELECTRIC

The Opportunity:
You will serve as a key field leader directing high-quality electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. This role empowers you to guide field teams while executing projects safely, on time, and to precise specifications. You will make a direct impact on our rapid company growth while taking on expanding career leadership opportunities.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Direct and mentor daily field crews to ensure electrical installations meet top quality standards.
- Oversee job site execution from layout to completion across varied project environments.
- Enforce strict workplace safety standards and proper equipment usage on every job site.
- Coordinate material handling, workflow scheduling, and task assignments for maximum field efficiency.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure full compliance with plans and local electrical codes.
- Solve site-level technical obstacles independently to keep project timelines moving forward efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical and/or leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead field crews and maintain high quality control.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
