**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in operating skid steer machinery safely and efficiently across various job sites. The Skid Steer Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate skid steer equipment to move materials, earth, and other heavy objects on construction sites.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Follow site safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and project timelines.
- Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and project specifications as required.
- Troubleshoot and report any operational issues to the maintenance team promptly.
