Our washes feature the most advanced technology available, eco-friendly detergents, computer-controlled equipment, and the exceptional customer service for which JetSplash is known. Our dedicated and talented team members work hard to earn our customers trust and to keep them coming back.
Job Summary:
The Site Manager serves as a member of the management team directly under ownership and is responsible for running a single location. The manager will lead a team of employees with the main goal of always providing an exceptional and enjoyable experience for the customer. The main duties of a manager will be staff development, overseeing operation efficiency, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Managers will be accountable for upholding the brand image of JetSplash in all aspects at their site.
Scope of Work:
-Lead a team and ensure an outstanding customer experience
-Oversee daily site operations
-Site schedule
-Train and support staff at various levels of development
-Coach staff to create a positive/high-energy work environment
-Sales staff oversight
-Customer complaints and damage claims
-Inventory management
-Ensure site cleanliness
-Health and safety of all employees and customers
-Quality control
-Policy enforcement

-Upholding the Jet Splash brand image
-Responsible for night deposits and tips
Requirements:
-High school education or equivalent (required)
-Management experience: 2 years (required)
-Car wash experience (preferred)
