Shuttle Driver | Cedarbrook Lodge
Join the team at Cedarbrook Lodge, an award-winning luxury retreat just minutes from Sea-Tac Airport. As a Shuttle Driver, you will serve as one of the first and last impressions of our property, welcoming guests, providing safe and reliable transportation, assisting with luggage, and sharing knowledge about the hotel and local area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and thrives in a team-oriented environment that values respect, inclusion, and creating exceptional experiences. What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
  • Drives guests to and from hotel to their final destinations
  • Escorts incoming and outgoing hotel guests to and from property, assists with luggage, and offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
  • Parks and retrieves guest cars in a safe manner and in accordance with hotels standards.
  • Keeps record of calls for service.
  • Greets guests at front door or car upon arrival.
  • Assists in de-icing of pavement, sidewalks, and other areas.
  • Maintains the image of the hotel by appearing extremely presentable, well-groomed and in pressed uniform.
  • Maintains safety and security of guests and team members at all times, and in all weather conditions in regard to the valet parking areas
