Leith Lincoln has an outstanding opportunity for a Shuttle Driver to join their team and the Holman Family!

Job Duties:

  • Provide transportation services for customers, helping them travel to and from the dealership when their vehicle is being serviced.

  • Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and other designated locations.

  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers during transport.

  • Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

  • Perform regular vehicle inspections, including checking oil, water, and tire pressure.

  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

  • Coordinate with the service department to schedule shuttle rides for customers.

  • Maintain schedule to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

  • Communicate effectively with customers about pickup times and other transport details.

  • Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies while driving.

  • Adhere to safety protocols for the protection of passengers.

  • Ensure passengers follow safety regulations (e.g., seat belts).

  • Address any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism.

  • Help customers with luggage or other items as needed.

  • Keep accurate records of transport details, including trip logs, mileage, and fuel usage.

  • Keep in touch with the service department and other dealership staff regarding customer schedules and transport needs.

  • Report any incidents, accidents, or issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.

  • Assist the dealership with other duties as needed, such as running errands, keeping pick-up area clean and clear of debris, or helping with tasks in the service department.

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4PM

Education and/or Training:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years' experience in administrative services or related fields

  • Previous experience providing customer-facing driving services in a professional setting preferred but not required
