Who You Are As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle, providing reliable and efficient public transportation for the Raleigh Durham Airport. No CDL is required for this role. What’s In It for YOU

Responsibilities:

  • On-time passenger pick-up and drop-off.
  • The primary objective of the Driver is providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation to all passengers.
  • Ensure safe and clean vehicle condition at the start and end of each shift.
  • Conducting pre and post trip inspections to ensure proper operating condition of vehicle and on-board equipment.
  • Communicating effectively with dispatch or central office via two-way radio.
  • Provide excellent customer service including but not limited to assisting in the boarding and de-boarding of passengers, supplying information, and responding appropriately in the event of emergency.
  • Employing all defensive driving techniques to minimize risk.
  • Focus on safety to reduce the opportunity for injury to self or other employees.

Driver Minimum Requirements: 

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical. 
  • Musthave a had a license for at least three (3) years and a safe driving history.
  • Must have strong customer service skills and the desire to work with people.
  • Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
