Bring your charisma in customer service and persuasive sales style to Healthtrax and join our team! Our part time, fitness sales professional earns commission on new member sales. They thrive in generating their personal sales goals and helping members with service desk shifts. Both roles are performed in a manner that fosters member retention. The work is not always easy but it is worthwhile. They show self initiative to perform a variety of activities necessary for success from: handing out guest passes, talking up center activities and asking for referrals for lead generation, booking and confirming appointments by phone or internet, conducting center tours, presenting rates, asking for the sale, uncovering concerns and scheduling timely follow up with those who have not yet become a new member.

The ideal candidate is looking for a varied work schedule that includes some evenings; weekends and a few weekday shifts on a part time basis that can grow into a career. You are a believer in fitness for life. Others view you as honest and authentic with a natural ability to be a good listener who is likeable and relates well with others. You have a keen sense of personal pride in exceeding goals. You have some previous experience in retail sales, ideally within the fitness, health and wellness industry. A bachelor's degree in sports management, business, communication, marketing or the equivalent, preferred not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, attention to details in verbal and written communications.
