Position: Traffic Shipping Clerk

 What You will Do:

• Perform Inventory transactions needed to prepare parts for shipments
• Process DWOR's 
• Process shipments in SAP for multiple shipment areas (20-40 shipments per day)
• Complete Drop Shipments
• Perform transaction to move hardware from inventory to shipping
• Process 60-80 MSO, Pass-through shipments per day.

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma/ GED with 1-3 years experience
• Computer Skills with an understanding of Micro Soft Office products (Word, Power Point and Excel)
• SAP experience preferred
• Able to work flexible hours 
• Must be available to support weekends when needed
• Aerospace shipping experience preferred
• Inventory experience preferred
• Due to the nature of work, candidates must be US Citizen

Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Scheduled Hours: W-TH-F> 10 hours per day :: Sat-Sun> 5 hours per day

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, IL.

• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.
