BSG is currently seeking to hire three (3) full-time Vehicle Patrol SecurityOfficer in Marin County. These Officers will provide safety and security by performing extensive patrols (by vehicle and foot) in a professional manner for our commercial and residential properties. Patrol Security Officers operate both independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. They conduct multiple, randomly timed stops during each patrol period to perform thorough checks of all assigned properties.

  • Shifts: Full-Time Swing (Saturday - Wednesday) and Full-Time Grave (Thursday - Monday).
  • Hourly rate:Starts at $25.00. After successful completion of your introductory period this position goes to $26.50 per hour.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possess a current California Guard Card License.
  • A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record for 3 years is required for Vehicle Patrol.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Proficient in basic computer and smartphone usage.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to create accurate reports; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong listening skills, patience, and compassion, particularly when interacting with community members experiencing emotional or psychological challenges.

Vehicle Patrol Officer specific duties include:

  • Climb Stairs: Regularly climb stairs and navigate multi-level buildings to perform patrols and check all areas.
  • Lift and Carry: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to move or secure equipment and assist with other duties as necessary.
  • Physical Endurance: Ability to withstand various weather conditions during outdoor patrols, including hot, cold, rainy, or windy weather.
