Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and protection of company employees, visitors, and property at all times.
  • Secure premises by patrolling designated areas, monitoring surveillance systems, inspecting buildings and equipment, and controlling access points.
  • Respond to emergencies and obtain assistance by sounding alarms or contacting authorities when necessary.
  • Prevent losses and property damage by identifying and reporting irregularities, enforcing company policies, and managing trespassers or violators.
  • Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic to maintain safe and efficient site operations.
  • Prepare detailed incident and activity reports, including observations, security logs, witness interviews, and necessary documentation.
  • Maintain a safe environment by monitoring and adjusting building and equipment controls as required.
  • Uphold company integrity and reputation by adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support operational efficiency by conducting preventive maintenance, following equipment protocols, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs or updates.

Requirements
  • Valid Class D Security Officer License (required)
  • Valid Florida Driver's License (required)
  • Reliable personal transportation (required)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
