Primary Objective:

The Sales Support Coordinator supports the Sales organization by providing operational, administrative, and CRM support throughout the sales lifecycle. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity, coordinating quoting and contract processes, generating sales reporting, and facilitating seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. By ensuring efficient sales processes and accurate information, this position helps drive the successful delivery of Envera's software-enabled security, access control, and virtual guarding solutions while providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, qualify, and enter inbound sales leads into Salesforce, routing opportunities to the appropriate sales representative based on territory assignments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, account, and opportunity information within Salesforce to ensure data integrity and support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor CRM data quality by updating contact records, account hierarchies, and custom objects while identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute standardized digital job folders upon contract execution to facilitate seamless handoffs to the Installation, Implementation, and Service Delivery teams.
  • Assist the Sales team with maintaining accurate pipelines and opportunities to support forecasting and reporting.
  • Review, validate, and edit sales quotes within the CPQ system, ensuring pricing accuracy for recurring software subscriptions and one-time installation and service offerings.
  • Support the preparation of customer proposals, RFP responses, and complex sales documentation while ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and company policies.
  • Coordinate the submission of sales documentation for technical review and pre-sale approval with internal engineering and design teams.
  • Prepare standard customer agreements, addendums, and related sales documentation while coordinating electronic signature workflows through DocuSign.
  • Generate and distribute recurring sales reports, including pipeline activity, sales performance, forecasting, and revenue metrics.
  • Assist with database imports, list management, and CRM support for marketing campaigns and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Partner with the Sales Support Manager to develop, maintain, and improve sales support procedures, documentation, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other departments to support process improvements and special projects.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Experience working within Salesforce CRM, including lead management, opportunity updates, data maintenance, and reporting preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and the importance of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with up to three days per week onsite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Experience preparing sales contracts, coordinating DocuSign workflows, or supporting contract administration.
  • Experience creating sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies.
