Pay starts at$16.95per hour, with an additional$1.10per hour shift differential for 2nd Shift.

Role Overview:

This is an entry level, non-skilled general labor position that requires maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Must be willing and able to lift and pull up to 50 pounds or more if required.

  • The Team Member will perform fast and repetitive motions.

  • The Team Member will stand up to 8-12 hours per day.

  • The Team Member will be standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching as required.

  • The Team Member will work in a range of temperatures from 45 degrees to 110 degrees depending upon the area of the plant.

  • The Team Member will work in a cold, damp, hot or humid environment.

  • The Team Member will wear all proper safety equipment and must be willing to work weekends if required.

Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
