We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin, United States. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role:
As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, making a positive impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities and monitoring vital signs
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with our licensed nursing staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Participate in resident care planning and implementation, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care and services
Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff, including responding to call bells, transporting residents, and participating in activities and programs
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and/or equipment as needed
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
