We're seeking a Product Owner to support development of internal tools for sales and care operations.
This hands-on role partners with business, product, and technical teams to translate needs into user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
Define and refine user stories with acceptance criteria
Prioritize team backlog and ensure visibility
Represent users and business in Scrum ceremonies
Collaborate with Product Managers and other POs to coordinate features
Requirements:
Experience as a dedicated Scrum Product Owner
Agile tools experience (Jira, Rally, etc.)
CSPO certification preferred
Telecom industry experience a plus
