This is a hybrid Product Owner/Scrum Master role where the ideal candidate will spend their time facilitating Agile delivery while also serving as a strategic partner between Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. The team is looking for someone with a product mindset who can understand technical concepts, refine requirements, manage Agile processes, and help engineering teams successfully deliver complex software initiatives.

Ideal Background
