Reports to: Director of Enterprise Platforms

Located in: Tulsa

Cooperates with: Digital Technology, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Leadership, Integrations

Primary Responsibility: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the road mapping and development of enterprise platforms that align with our company's goals.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership:Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Backlog Management:Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira, ensuring stories are clear, actionable, and aligned with the team's sprint goals.
  • Agile Practices:Work collaboratively with Scrum teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of value-driven increments, following Agile principles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Engage with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and customers, to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Enterprise Platforms Expertise:Collaborate in the design, development, and deployment of digital tools and products that enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Metrics and Reporting:Define success metrics, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders regularly.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Environmental Science, Human Resources, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in manufacturing or environmental solutions.
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Expertise in using Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for backlog and sprint management.
  • Experience with digital product development and solution delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications:Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Product Owner certification is required.
